Garden lots can contain up to 8 full body vaults at double depth burials. Garden lot owners also have the option of building an 18- inch high natural stone or granite monument within 25% of the lot.

Mini- Family Estate
Mini- Family Estate
The Sta. Cruz Heavenly Home Gardens, Inc. presents its Mini Family Estate Lots, the second largest among the lot packages being offered. These lots are located in prime locations in the parks and are perfect for families who wish to build a lasting monument for their loved ones. Mini Estate lots can contain up to 16 full body vaults at double depth burials.
The families have the option of building a 1.00-meter-high perimeter fence with gate (park regulations apply on desired specifications

The Family Estate Lots being offered by Sta. Cruz Heavenly Home Gardens, Inc., are the largest among our available lot packages.
With a Family Estate Lot, Families have the option of building mausoleum to further commemorate the memories of their dearly departed loved ones more intimately.
